If you are considering requesting BRJA racial equity services, please read the introduction below, and if still interested, complete and submit our online Organization Consultation Questionnaire. Your responses will help us determine if/how our services align with your needs. We will contact you after our team has reviewed your questionnaire and let you know how best to proceed. Please be as specific about race as you can in responding. We will generally need 7 -10 business days to discuss as a team and respond.

Introduction

We offer different bodies of work as part of an organization's commitment to pursue racial equity. Those include, but are not limited to

Thought partnership to help guide you as you contemplate what type of racial equity journey is appropriate for your organization;
Individual and group-specific coaching/consultation;
Organizational racial equity assessment;
Customized, facilitated training;
Follow-up consultations and staff/management/leadership support.

It is important to understand from the outset that none of these bodies of work operate in a vacuum. For example, some foundational training is required in order to understand the lens through which an assessment report is developed; training must not be considered one-and-done - follow up consultation helps individuals operationalize what they have learned and assists the organization in "re-setting" its organizational culture. Therefore, we do not offer a menu from which you can select distinct pieces. Instead, we ask that you carefully consider your goals and share those with us. From there, we can offer a roadmap to help you meet those goals and/or address areas needing focus.
