So You’ve Done DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion)…A Conversation with BRJA will explore why organizational DEI change is so often symbolic and fleeting - and how organizations can get on a more sustainable track by using an anti-racism/anti-oppression (ARAO) frame. During the session, BRJA consultants will provide an opportunity to reflect on your own organization’s past and future, journey towards organizational change, and possible next steps. There will also be time to respond to specific questions related to how our organizations can move toward greater inclusion.

So You’ve Done DEI…A Conversation with BRJA is the first of several Conversations with BRJA that we will be holding as we enter our twentieth year. As part of our celebration, registration for each event of our 2022/2023.
