The Aspen Institute Symposium on the State of Race in America explores new attitudes, opportunities, and challenges for and about people of color in 21st century America. The annual event is presented by the Communications and Society Program in association with Comcast Corporation.
Race Forward’s Facing Race Conference
Race Forward is the nation’s leading racial justice think tank and publisher of Colorlines.com, a daily news site. They convene the Facing Race Conference every two years. The 2014 Conference will be held in Dallas, Texas from November 13 – 15.
White Privilege Conference (WPC)

The annual White Privilege Conference provides a challenging, collaborative and comprehensive experience. It strives to empower and equip individuals to work for equity and justice through self and social transformation. The conference is unique in its ability to bring together high school and college students, teachers, university faculty and higher education professionals, nonprofit staff, activists, social workers and counselors, healthcare workers, and members of the spiritual community and corporate arena. Annually, more than 1,500 attend from more than 35 states, Australia, Bermuda, Canada, and Germany. The 2016 Conference will be held in Philadelphia, Pa.
